Leased Equipment definition

Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.
Leased Equipment means the machinery, equipment, furniture, tools and test sets, associated spare parts and supplies, if any, and all other tangible personal property leased by the Designated Seller or the Sellers and used primarily in the Operations, which is listed, and is located at the locations referenced on Schedule 1.1(125), but excludes equipment used in Shared Labs and Leased PC Equipment.
Leased Equipment means the Equipment leased under the Contract;

  • Leased Equipment will not be deemed returned until received by DISH.

More Definitions of Leased Equipment

Leased Equipment has the meaning set forth in Section 2.6(b).
Leased Equipment means the computers, servers, machinery and equipment and other similar items leased by Seller and used, held for use, necessary for use or intended to be used primarily in the operation or conduct of the Businesses as currently conducted or as currently proposed to be conducted.
