Leased Area definition

Leased Area means the Crown land referred to in, subclause (1) of clause 9 hereof; [“mineral lease”] 4
Leased Area means the specified area within the Project Site for commercial development as detailed in the Schedule A given on lease by DMRC to the Lessee under and in accordance with this Agreement. The Leased Space(s) is demarcated in the plan placed in Annexure 6 of the RFP.
Leased Area means the area specified in the mining lease within which the mining operations can be undertaken and includes the non-mineralised area required and approved for the activities falling under the definition of “mine” as referred to in clause (i);

Examples of Leased Area in a sentence

  • The Lessee shall have no exclusive rights for using the Common Areas and restrict its operation to within the Leased Area.

  • The Lessee shall, whenever required by the DMRC, provide in writing, for information, a general description of the arrangements and methods, which it proposes to adopt for the execution of the works during development of the Leased Area.

  • Later relinquishments of any leased area will reduce the Lessee’s rent payments due the year following the Lessor’s approval of the relinquishment, through a reduction in the Acres in Leased Area and the corresponding Rental Fee for the Entire Leased Area and any related Adjusted Annual Rent Payments.

  • Subject to clause 14, the Lessor shall promptly pay and satisfy prior to their due date all taxes, rates, levies, and assessments that may be assessed or levied against the Lands, including without limitation the Leased Area, during the continuance of this Lease.

  • Prior to termination of this Lease, the Company shall conserve, reclaim and remediate the Leased Area affected by the exercise of the rights granted to the Company under this Lease in accordance with the legislation and regulations in force at the time of such termination.


More Definitions of Leased Area

Leased Area means the Crown land referred to in, subclause (1) of clause 9 hereof;
Leased Area means Camballin Farms excluding Fitzroy Locations 30, 39 and 216 and so much of the required reserves as are within Camballin Farms;
Leased Area means, in relation to a Grower, that specified part of the Plantation as identified in the Annexure to the relevant Lease and Management Agreement (comprising one or more Sandalwood Lots) to be sub-leased by the Grower from the Lessor pursuant to the terms of the relevant Lease and Management Agreement.
Leased Area means an area Airside that has been leased to a Vehicle Operator for the purposes of carrying out an aviation-related business;
