Lease Vehicles definition

Lease Vehicles means, as of any date of determination, each vehicle (i) that has been accepted by a Lessee in accordance with Section 2.1(d) of the Series 2010-3 Lease and (ii) as of such date the Vehicle Operating Lease Expiration Date with respect to such vehicle has not occurred since such vehicle’s most recent Vehicle Operating Lease Commencement Date; provided that, solely with respect to the calculation and payment of Final Base Rent, any Non-Program Vehicle Special Default Payment Amount, any Program Vehicle Special Default Payment Amount, any Casualty Payment Amount, any Early Program Return Payment Amount, any Pre-VOLCD Program Vehicle Depreciation Amount, any Program Vehicle Depreciation True-up Amount, any Redesignation to Program Amount or any Redesignation to Non-Program Amount, in each case with respect to any vehicle satisfying the preceding clause (i), such vehicle shall be deemed to be a “Lease Vehicle” (notwithstanding the occurrence of such Vehicle Operating Lease Expiration Date with respect thereto) until such Final Base Rent, Non-Program Vehicle Special Default Payment Amount, Program Vehicle Special Default Payment Amount, Casualty Payment Amount, Early Program Return Payment Amount, Pre-VOLCD Program Vehicle Depreciation Amount, Program Vehicle Depreciation True-up Amount, Redesignation to Program Amount or Redesignation to Non-Program Amount, as applicable, has been paid by the Lessee of such vehicle (as of such Vehicle Operating Lease Expiration Date with respect thereto), none of which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall be payable more than once with respect to any such vehicle by such Lessee.
Lease Vehicles means, as of any date of determination, each vehicle (i) that has been accepted by a Lessee in accordance with Clause 2.1(d) of the Master Lease, and (ii) as of such date the Vehicle Lease Expiration Date with respect to such vehicle has not occurred since such vehicle’s most recent Vehicle Lease Commencement Date; provided that, solely with respect to the calculation and payment of Final Base Rent, any Non-Program Vehicle Special Default Payment Amount, any Program Vehicle Special Default Payment Amount, any Casualty Payment Amount, any Early Program Return Payment Amount, any Pre-VLCD Program Vehicle Depreciation Amount, any Program Vehicle Depreciation Assumption True-up Amount, any Redesignation to Program Amount or any Redesignation to Non-Program Amount, in each case with respect to any vehicle satisfying the preceding clause (i), such vehicle shall be deemed to be a ‘Lease Vehicle’ (notwithstanding the occurrence of such Vehicle Lease Expiration Date with respect thereto) until such Final Base Rent, Non-Program Vehicle Special Default Payment Amount, Program Vehicle Special Default Payment Amount, Casualty Payment Amount, Early Program Return Payment Amount, Pre-VLCD Program Vehicle Depreciation Amount, Program Vehicle Depreciation Assumption True-up Amount, Redesignation to Program Amount or Redesignation to Non-Program Amount, as applicable, has been paid by the Lessee of such vehicle (as of such Vehicle Lease Expiration Date with respect thereto), none of which, for the avoidance of doubt, shall be payable more than once with respect to any such vehicle by such Lessee.

Examples of Lease Vehicles in a sentence

  • A Contractor desiring to transfer Lease Vehicles under the Contract shall designate one (1) or more Lease Providers to enter into a Lease with the Authorized User, administer the resulting Lease, and receive the Monthly Lease Payment from the Authorized User.

  • A Contractor shall only designate Lease Providers that have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Appendix D: Lease Vehicles.

  • The Contractor shall bear the costs of the initial titling of the Lease Vehicles.

  • Unless otherwise agreed upon by the Authorized User, Lease Vehicles shall be titled to the Lease Provider throughout the term of the Lease.

  • Authorized Users retain the right to re-register Lease Vehicles, or assign new plates to Lease Vehicles.

Related to Lease Vehicles

  • base vehicle means any vehicle which is used at the initial stage of a multi-stage type-approval process;

  • the vehicle means the vehicle named in the licence.

  • Salvage vehicle means any vehicle which is within the last ten (10) model years and which has been damaged by collision or other occurrence to the extent that the cost of repairing the vehicle for safe operation on the highway exceeds sixty percent (60%) of its fair market value, as defined by Section 1111 of this title, immediately prior to the damage. For purposes of this section, actual repair costs shall only include labor and parts for actual damage to the suspension, motor, transmission, frame or unibody and designated structural components;

  • complete vehicle means any vehicle which need not be completed in order to meet the relevant technical requirements of this Directive;

  • Subject Vehicle means the vehicle being tested.

  • Rental Vehicle means a New Vehicle less than two years old owned by a New Vehicle Borrower and purchased directly from a manufacturer as a New Vehicle and that is used as a service loaner vehicle or is periodically subject to a rental contract with customers of the New Vehicle Borrower for loaner or rental periods of up to thirty (30) consecutive days or is used by dealership personnel in connection with parts and service operations.

  • Leased Equipment means the equipment which may include but not limited to modem provided by TM on lease basis to enable usage of the Service by the Customer, as may be decided by TM from time to time at its sole discretion.

  • Transit vehicle means a bus, rapid transit vehicle, railroad car, street railway car, water vehicle, taxicab, or other type of public transportation vehicle or individual unit, whether operated singly or in a group that provides public transportation.

  • Motor vehicle surface means any pervious or impervious surface that is intended to be used by “motor vehicles” and/or aircraft, and is directly exposed to precipitation including, but not limited to, driveways, parking areas, parking garages, roads, racetracks, and runways.

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.

  • Movable equipment means a hand-held or non-hand-held machine or device, powered or unpowered, that is used to do work and is moved within or between work sites.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Furniture means articles of which wood, reeds, rattan, cane, seagrass or metal comprise the whole or part and such as are usually made or assembled by cabinet makers, assemblers in the furnishing trades, chair and couch makers, upholsterers, wood carvers, or wood turners; and

  • Junk vehicle means a vehicle of any age that is damaged or defective in any one or combination of any of the following ways that either makes the vehicle immediately inoperable, or would prohibit the vehicle from being operated in a reasonably safe manner upon the public streets and highways under its own power if self-propelled, or while being towed or pushed, if not self-propelled:

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Leased Assets shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.6.

  • Off-highway vehicle means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-22-2.

  • Eligible Vehicle means a Vehicle (which includes, for the avoidance of doubt, a Service Vehicle) in Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Italy or France (as applicable):

  • Fleet Vehicle means a motor vehicle owned or leased by a person engaged in a commercial activity, utility service, or government service; or a motor vehicle offered for sale, rent, or lease at a business which is licensed to sell, rent, or lease motor vehicles.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • movable property means property of every description except immovable property;
