Lease Premises definition

Lease Premises means of ALL THAT office/piece of land situate in [*] in the [*] Area of the said Republic containing by measurement [*] hectares or thereabouts known as Land Reference Number [*];
Lease Premises means the Tribal Land that is subject to a Lease approved by the Tribe pursuant to these Regulations.
Lease Premises means public land including retained miner- al rights held under an oil and gas lease.

More Definitions of Lease Premises

Lease Premises means public land including retained mineral rights held under an oil and gas lease.
Lease Premises means the premises or lease premises as described in any agreement or document including the Agreement and any Deed of Suretyship.
