Lease Particulars definition

Lease Particulars means the descriptions and terms in the section headed Lease Particulars which form part of this lease insofar as they are not inconsistent with the other provisions of this lease;

More Definitions of Lease Particulars

Lease Particulars means the descriptions and terms in the section headed Lease Particulars which form part of this lease insofar as they are not inconsistent with the other provisions of this lease; Parking Area(s) means the parking area(s) at the Estate within which there are a total of sixteen (16) car parking spaces in such locations as the Landlord acting reasonably from time to time allocates, the initial allocation being shown for identification only coloured yellow on the Plan;

  • Sublease Payment means any payment required to be made by the District pursuant to Article 7 of this Sublease.

  • Leash means a leash, cord, chain, or other comparable material which must be of a gauge suitable for controlling said dog and shall not be longer than six feet.

  • Residential contractor means a licensed contractor that holds an endorsement as a:

  • Rent Schedule means a written schedule for the Mortgaged Property showing the name of each tenant, and for each tenant, the space occupied, the lease expiration date, the rent payable for the current month, the date through which rent has been paid, and any related information requested by Lender.

  • Rent Roll shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.18 hereof.

  • Lessor means a person who transfers the right to possession and use of goods under a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublessor.

  • Service Commencement Date in respect of a Service or a particular instance of a Service means the date on which that particular Service or particular instance of a Service is first provided to the Customer, or as otherwise explicitly set out in this Agreement;

  • Tenant Lease means any lease entered into by the Borrower, any Loan Party or any Subsidiary with respect to any portion of a Property.

  • the Tenant means the party(ies) named on the tenancy agreement as the tenant of The Property.

  • Owner-builder means an owner or lessor of real property who, by himself or by or through others, constructs or has constructed or reconstructs or has reconstructed any improvement to real property.

  • Lease Commencement Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of the Master Lease.
