Examples of Lease Event of Default in a sentence
Unless an Event of Default not resulting from or relating to a Lease Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Owner Participant may bid at the sale and become the purchaser.
Neither the Owner Trustee nor the Owner Participant shall have the right to cure any Lease Event of Default or Lease Default except as specified in this Section 4.03.
