Lease Amendments definition

Lease Amendments means (a) the first amendment to office lease entered into by the Debtor and the Landlord wherein the parties agreed to certain amendments to the Lease in respect of the 19th Floor at Exchange Tower, 130 King Street West, Toronto, Ontario;

Lease Amendments has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9(b).

Lease Amendments mean amendments to the leases listed on Schedule 1.1(b), in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, and an amendment to the Xxxxxx Lease in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.
