Learning Services definition

Learning Services means online educational content as ordered by Customer as set forth on an Order Form.

Learning Services means Red Hat's training courses, including Red Hat's publicly available courses (“Open Enrollment Courses”) and courses provided at a site designated by you (“On-Site Courses”).

Learning Services means Red Hat's training courses purchased under an Order Form, including Red Hat's publicly available courses (“Open Enrollment Courses”) and courses provided at a site designated by Client (“On-Site Courses”). “Training Units” are Red Hat's training credits and “JCredits” are additional credits that may be redeemed by Client at a future time in accordance with the terms of this Appendix 2. Except for United States Government end users, all Learning Services and JCredits must be used within one (1) year from the Effective Date of the Order Form or will be forfeited.

• Students with disabilities who require accommodations must register with the Student Accessibility and Inclusive Learning Services and submit appropriate documentation.

• You are responsible for (a) assessing each participants’ suitability for the Learning Services, (b) enrollment in the appropriate course(s) and (c) your participants’ attendance at scheduled courses.

• Participants will include representatives from HR functions, including: Recruitment, Compensation and Learning Services, as well as Work of the Future, operations and other representatives as appropriate.

• If a parent/guardian or unaccompanied homeless youth disagrees with the director’s decision, the parent/guardian or unaccompanied homeless youth may, within 10 business days, appeal the decision to the Deputy Commissioner of Learning Services.

• When a Resident exhibits physical and/or psychological behaviour beyond the scope and expertise of what may reasonably be provided by the Residence, consultation with the Resident and other relevant Student Success and Engagement services such as the Student Support & Intervention Team (SSIT), Counselling Services, Accessible Learning Services or others will take place.

More Definitions of Learning Services

Learning Services means the Bitesize Learning and/or the Course(s) provided by Supplier to Customer;
