More Definitions of Lead Underwriters

Lead Underwriters means the sole lead underwriter or, collectively, the joint lead underwriters that may be engaged by the Issuer for a particular offer of the Bonds and as identified in the relevant Offer Supplement. As applicable and as may be provided in the relevant Offer Supplement, the term may also include “Issue Manager”, “Issue Managers”, “Bookrunner” and “Bookrunners.”
