Lead Time(s) definition

Lead Time(s) means the Materials Procurement Lead Time plus the manufacturing cycle time required from the delivery of the Materials at Flextronics’s facility to the completion of the manufacture, assembly and test processes.

More Definitions of Lead Time(s)

Lead Time(s) means the time period, which is mutually agreed in writing by the Parties, from the date of issuing an Order to the Delivery Date of the ordered Parts to Buyer. The maximum Lead Times are set forth in Appendix 5.
