Lead Tenant definition

Lead Tenant or "Tenant" means anyone entitled to possession of the Premises under this Agreement.
Lead Tenant means the person who is authorised by all persons who form the Tenant to liaise with mydeposits regarding deductions from and release of the Deposit.
