Deriv. Litig., Case No. 19-CV-00202-LHK (N.D. Cal.) and Muhammad Abbas v. Joseph M. Hogan, et. al., Case No. 19CV346429 (Sup. Ct. Cnty. of Santa Clara)); (ii) any claims relating to the enforcement of the Settlement; or (iii) any claims of any person or entity who or which submits a request for exclusion from the Settlement Class that is accepted by the Court.
