Grantees must plan to send a minimum of two people (including the Project Director and the Lead Evaluator) to at least one joint grantee meeting in every other year of the grant.
If the Lead Evaluator does not concur with the appeal and make any necessary and appropriate changes to the summative evaluation, the appeal will be forwarded to the Par Panel.
