More Definitions of Lead Designer

Lead Designer means the member of the Offeror’s team, whether a single entity or Joint Venture, responsible for the overall design of the Project. If the Lead Designer is structured as a Joint Venture, the following requirements shall apply: (i) the Joint Venture shall be comprised of no more than three members or joint venturers and (ii) the Offeror shall identify in its SOQ a single member or joint venturer that will serve as the managing joint venturer for the Joint Venture.
Lead Designer means any individual who has satisfactorily completed an accredited training program approved by the Department and has a current license issued by the Department to prepare lead abatement project designs, occupant protection plans, and abatement reports.
