Lead Data definition

Lead Data means any Personal Data which You or any Sub-Agent provide to RingCentral or Distributor in connection with the Agreement (i) including, but not limited to, the information set out in Annex B, and (ii) excluding Personal Data You process for RingCentral or Distributor.
Lead Data means any data included in a Lead.
Lead Data means the information that a user of the Facebook Services elects to send to you through the Lead Feature, which may consist of such user’s email address and any additional user information.

Lead Data means information collected from a Consumer by Connected Investors via the Connected Investors Sites, or the xxx.xxx portal, and transmitted to Company. The Lead Data shall include, at a minimum, the Consumer’s (a) first and last name; (b) zip code;

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

Sensitive Data includes information about an individual that (1) can be used to distinguish or trace an individual‘s identity, such as name, social security number, date and place of birth, mother‘s maiden name, or biometric records; (2) is linked or linkable to an individual, such as medical, educational, financial, and employment information; (3) falls within the definition of “personal information” under Md. Code Ann., Com. Law § 14-3501(d); or (4) falls within the definition of “personal information" under Md. Code Ann., State Govt. § 10-1301(c).

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • input data means data provided to or directly acquired by an AI system on the basis of which the system produces an output;

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);
