Lead Candidate Criteria definition

Lead Candidate Criteria means the criteria approved by the JSC after the Effective Date in order to determine if a given Collaboration Candidate could be a Lead Candidate, as such criteria may be amended from time to time by the JSC.

Examples of Lead Candidate Criteria in a sentence

  • If during the Research Term either Party wishes to determine whether or not a given Collaboration Candidate satisfies the Lead Candidate Criteria, then either Party may issue a notice to the other Party with respect thereto.
