Lead Bookrunners means Barclays and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc.
Lead Bookrunners means Mxxxxxx Lynch, Pierce, Fxxxxx & Sxxxx Incorporated, Wxxxx Fargo Capital Finance, LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank. N.A., in their capacities as lead bookrunners hereunder.
