Lead Administrative Agent means Bank of America in its capacity as Lead Administrative Agent under any of the Loan Documents, or any successor Lead Administrative Agent appointed in accordance with Section 9.06.

Examples of Lead Administrative Agent in a sentence

  • The fees payable by the Borrower to a successor Lead Administrative Agent shall be the same as those payable to its predecessor unless otherwise agreed between the Borrower and such successor.
