LC Issuing Bank definition

LC Issuing Bank means each Lender identified as an “LC Issuing Bank” on Schedule II and any other Lender or Affiliate of a Lender that shall agree to issue a Letter of Credit pursuant to Section 2.04.
LC Issuing Bank means, as to any Letter of Credit, JPMCB, RBS and any Lender or Affiliate of a Lender that shall agree to issue a Letter of Credit pursuant to Section 2.04.
LC Issuing Bank means JPMCB and/or any other Lender acceptable to Administrative Agent and Borrower that has agreed to issue Letters of Credit hereunder. An LC Issuing Bank may, in its discretion, arrange for one or more Letters of Credit to be issued by Affiliates of such LC Issuing Bank, in which case the term “LC Issuing Bank” shall include any such Affiliate with respect to any Letter of Credit issued by such Affiliate.

Examples of LC Issuing Bank in a sentence

  • Upon the drawing of any Letter of Credit for which funds are on deposit in the LC Collateral Account, such funds shall be applied to reimburse the relevant LC Issuing Bank or Lender holding a participation in the reimbursement obligation of the Borrower to such LC Issuing Bank to the extent permitted by Applicable Law.

  • The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrower, the Swingline Lender, any LC Issuing Bank and any Lender, at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.

  • A certificate of a Lender or LC Issuing Bank setting forth the amount or amounts necessary to compensate such Lender or LC Issuing Bank or its holding company, as the case may be, as specified in subsection (a) or (b) of this Section and delivered to the Borrower, shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

LC Issuing Bank has the meaning assigned to that term in the preamble to this Agreement.
LC Issuing Bank means Citibank, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd., The Bank of Nova Scotia, The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. and Union Bank, N.A. and each other consenting Lender or Affiliate thereof that may be appointed from time to time by the Borrower to issue Letters of Credit under this Agreement and that is reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
LC Issuing Bank means, as to any Letter of Credit, (a) each Lender listed on Schedule 2.04 and (b) any other Lender appointed by the Borrower and approved by the Administrative Agent (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed) that agrees pursuant to Section 2.04 to act as an LC Issuing Bank hereunder.
LC Issuing Bank has the meaning set forth in Section 2.17(a).
LC Issuing Bank means Bank of America, N.A. and each other consenting Lender or Affiliate thereof that may be appointed from time to time by the Borrower to issue Letters of Credit under this Agreement and that is reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
