Layoff in Lieu of Bumping. An employee who elects a layoff in lieu of bumping maintains his/her reemployment rights under this Agreement.
Layoff in Lieu of Bumping. A laid off employee who elects separation from employment rather than exercise bumping rights retains all reemployment rights.
Layoff in Lieu of Bumping. A unit member may elect layoff in lieu of bumping rights and 76 77 maintain his/her reemployment rights under this Agreement.
Layoff in Lieu of Bumping. A unit member who elects a layoff in lieu of bumping maintains his/her bumping rights.
Layoff in Lieu of Bumping. An employee who accepts a layoff in lieu of bumping rights maintains his/her re-employment rights in accordance with the California Education Code 88014.
Layoff in Lieu of Bumping. A unit member who elects a layoff in lieu of bumping is eligible for reemployment in each class for which s/he holds seniority, in accordance with his/her class seniority, for a thirty- nine (39) month period. The unit member shall be reemployed in the reverse order of layoff.
Layoff in Lieu of Bumping. An employee who elects a layoff in lieu of bumping maintains his/her reemployment rights in each eligible class for a period not to exceed twenty-seven (27) months.
Layoff in Lieu of Bumping. An employee may elect layoff in lieu of exercising bumping rights without losing any re-employment rights.
Layoff in Lieu of Bumping. 28 An employee who elects a layoff in lieu of bumping maintains his/her re- 29 employment rights under this Agreement. 31 H. Equal Seniority 33 If two (2) or more employees subject to layoff have equal class seniority, 34 the determination as of who shall be laid off shall be made by lot.
Layoff in Lieu of Bumping. A bargaining unit member may elect layoff in lieu of exercising bumping rights and will retain their re-employment rights. (2016-17)
