Laydown Area definition

Laydown Area has the meaning set out in Appendix 4-1 [BC Hydro Project Schedule];
Laydown Area means areas of a Site on which the Tenant is permitted to place Equipment temporarily prior to erection.
Laydown Area. The Related Refinery Owner will provide the Relevant Asset Owner an outdoor laydown area for maintenance and project activities. Laydown Area means an area designated for temporary use during construction of the Project and that can be used for any construction purpose unless otherwise specifically excluded;
