Att’y Gen. Op. No. JM-0151 (1984) (the City of Lucas and the County would have to sign a separate jail-services agreement for such services)), (5) provision of a school resource officer, see Subchapter M, Chapter 1701, Occupations Code, or similar services, and (6) provision of specific security services, such as security at construction sites in the City of Lucas to prevent or deter theft.
