Launch Time definition

Launch Time means the instant that the intentional ignition of the first stage engine(s) is scheduled to take place, as defined in hours, minutes and seconds (GMT Universal Time).
Launch Time means the time that Launch is scheduled to take place, defined in hours, minutes and seconds (GMT Universal Time).

  • Symantec will, prior to the Launch Time, provide Digital River with the Export Control Classification Numbers regarding any Symantec Product and will make available to Digital River updates with respect to any additional or modified classifications specific to Symantec Products.

  • Any postponement by ARIANESPACE of the Launch Period, Launch Slot, Launch Day, Launch Window, or Launch Time due to CUSTOMER's non-fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement making the Launch impossible within the Launch Period, Launch Slot, or during Launch Window of the Launch Day, or at the Launch Time shall be considered to be requested by CUSTOMER in accordance with Paragraph 11.2 above as of the date of ARIANESPACE's decision to postpone the Launch.

  • The Company and any Company subsidiaries shall use commercially reasonable efforts to hire employees and/or advisors necessary for the operation of the Company’s business, with such employment to be effective upon the Launch Time.

  • The new Launch Day and the new Launch Time shall be determined by mutual agreement of the Parties according to the technical constraints of STARSEM and/or of its Associates and the respective interests of the Parties.


More Definitions of Launch Time

Launch Time means the beginning of the Token Distribution which will occur at 9:00am Toronto, ON time (GMT -5) on Wednesday August 1st , or such later date as determined in the absolute discretion of Digital Humanity and as posted on the Digital Humanity Site.

Related to Launch Time

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Commercial Launch means on a country-by-country basis, the first sale of a Product to a Third Party following Regulatory Approval of the Product in such country.

  • Service Down Time (SDT) means the time period when specified services with specified technical and operational requirements as mentioned in section titled “WARRANTY SUPPORT”” are not available to Gov. of W. Bengal and its user departments and organizations.

  • Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)

  • Programme Date means the date of this Base Prospectus.

  • Down time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are not available to user(s).

  • Response Time (t90) means the difference in time between the change of the component to be measured at the reference point and a system response of 90 per cent of the final reading (t90) with the sampling probe being defined as the reference point, whereby the change of the measured component is at least 60 per cent full scale (FS) and takes place in less than 0.1 second. The system response time consists of the delay time to the system and of the rise time of the system

  • Central Time means Central Time as adjusted for daylight savings time.

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Lead Time means the quoted timeframe calculated between the date of receipt of the PO by Supplier and the Delivery Date.

  • Commissioning Period means, with respect to each Subproject, the period commencing upon the first delivery of Feed Gas to the Subproject in accordance with Sections 4.8 and 11.1 of the Agreement continuing through achievement of RFSU, commissioning, Start Up, Performance Testing and achievement of Substantial Completion for such Subproject.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Shipment Date means the date for shipment of Product requested by Buyer in a Purchase Order.

  • Milestone 1 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $20,000,000 during the Calendar Year ending on December 31, 2021.

  • Planned Outage means the removal of equipment from service availability for inspection and/or general overhaul of one or more major equipment groups. To qualify as a Planned Outage, the maintenance (a) must actually be conducted during the Planned Outage, and in Seller’s sole discretion must be of the type that is necessary to reliably maintain the Project, (b) cannot be reasonably conducted during Project operations, and (c) causes the generation level of the Project to be reduced by at least ten percent (10%) of the Contract Capacity.

  • Launch Vehicle means an object, or any part thereof, intended for launch, launched from Earth, or returning to Earth which carries Payloads or persons, or both.

  • Minimum Run Time For all generating units that are not combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the minimum number of hours a unit must run, in real-time operations, from the time after generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, to the time of generator breaker opening, as measured by PJM's State Estimator. For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Framework Commencement Date means [insert date dd/mm/yyyy];

  • polling day means the day fixed for holding the poll at an election;

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.

  • Delivery Time means the time for Delivery stated in the Purchase Order.

  • Scheduled Commercial Operation Date shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.4.1;

  • Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.

  • Successful Completion means that in the reasonable opinion of the Customer, Deliverables completed by the Supplier are fit for purpose, completed on time and otherwise meet all the criteria defined under this Contract;
