Launch Schedule definition

Launch Schedule means the then current Launch Period or the then current Launch Slot or Launch Day, if established.
Launch Schedule means the current and applicable Launch Period, Launch Slot, or Launch Date for a particular launch service.
Launch Schedule has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4.1(a). ---------------

  • Suspend or withdraw a Healthcare Facility’s license if they fail to comply with the ADHIE Launch Schedule .

  • In the case of a request for postponement of the Launch Schedule by the Government/Contractor, the Government/ Contractor will propose a new Launch Slot, or Launch Period, or Launch Date (as appropriate).

  • Any launch date changes made by either party after the PCO invokes an acceleration will be subject to the terms of section (w) Launch Schedule Determination and Adjustments of this clause.

  • For launch services accelerated in accordance with Ordering paragraph (z)(4)(v), Launch Schedule Acceleration, the maximum amount of liquidated damages paid by the Contractor will be $5.5M, plus the total amount paid for acceleration (the “Acceleration Recapture”).

  • In the event the Government rescinds the Launch Schedule Acceleration, the Contractor does not have to repay the Government the firm fixed price the Government paid for such acceleration.

  • Government/Contractor will give written notice of any desired change in the Launch Schedule as soon as possible.

  • You understand that the failure to do could result in an unauthorized person gaining access to your accounts or information maintained by you, the Qualified Custodian or a Product Sponsor.

  • Issue, manage and from time to time update, the Launch Schedule to Healthcare Facilities informing them when they are required to join the ADHIE.


More Definitions of Launch Schedule

Launch Schedule means the tasks to be performed by JAMtv and Xxxxxx Media to commence and consummate the integration of Rolling Stone Online, the Rolling Stone Trademarks, and the Rolling Stone Content into the JAMtv Music Network to create the Rolling Stone Network and the time line therefor, as such tasks and time line are more particularly described in Section 2 and on SCHEDULE 1.
Launch Schedule means the target dates listed in Exhibit A (Launch Schedule) for completion of various aspects of the work to be undertaken by the parties pursuant to this Agreement to launch the QDA, as such list may be modified and updated from time to time by written agreement of the parties.
Launch Schedule means the tasks to be performed by JAMtv and DOWNBEAT to commence and consummate the integration of the Downbeat Trademarks and the Downbeat Content into the JAMtv Music Network and the Downbeat Website and the time line therefor, as such tasks and time line are more particularly described in Section 2 and on SCHEDULE 1.

Related to Launch Schedule

  • Work Schedule means the approved order and timeline for how the requirements of this contract, including Work on individual Units or groups of Units, will be fulfilled by the Contractor.

  • Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Order Schedule means an MSC Order Schedule (or other order document) agreed to by Customer and MSC, and which incorporates this Agreement, by reference or otherwise, and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services ordered.

  • Time Schedule means the Time Schedule for final completion of the Works or Mechanical Completion of the Plant(s)/Unit(s) as the case may be, incorporated in the Contract or as may be extended by the OWNER or Engineer-in-Charge pursuant to the provisions hereof and shall include interim time schedules set up for achieving interim/phase-wise/stage-wise progress/completion/testing/commissioning/handing over, as may be prescribed by the OWNER/Engineer-in-Charge, within the overall Time Schedule as originally envisaged or as extended.

  • Equipment Schedule means (a) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Requisition and (b) each Equipment Schedule attached to the applicable Lease Supplement.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Launch Date has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(b) of this Agreement.

  • Baseline Schedule means the initial time schedule prepared by Contractor for Owner’s information and acceptance that conveys Contractor’s and Subcontractors’ activities (including coordination and review activities required in the Contract Documents to be performed by A/E and ODR), durations, and sequence of work related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents. The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Change Order means a written instrument signed by Owner and Contractor stating their agreement upon all of the following: (1) a change in the Work; (2) the amount of the adjustment in the Contract Sum, if any, and (3) the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.

  • Repayment Schedule means the schedule of Repayment Instalments in the agreed inserted into this Agreement in accordance with Clause 6.1 (Repayment) as Schedule 1 (Repayment Schedule), and as replaced from time to time pursuant to Clause 6.4;

  • Tariff Schedule means the tariff schedule contained in Annexure B to this Access Arrangement or, if Envestra has published a revised tariff schedule, the tariff schedule in effect from time to time.

  • Reference Schedule means the reference schedule in Part A of this Invitation

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.
