Launch Program definition

Launch Program means the Sunrise Period and the Landrush Period described in this document but does not include General Availability.
Launch Program means the processes preceding General Availability, as described in the .amsterdam launch policies, containing the timeframes, processes, procedures, and requirements that apply for Domain Name Registrations for this TLD, including the TLD Policies; Registration Fee means the applicable fee charged by the Registry to the Accredited Registrar for a particular transaction regarding a Domain Name; Registrant means the person or entity in whose name a Domain Name is registered; Registry Agreement means the agreement entered into by and between the Registry and ICANN in relation to the management of this TLD;
Launch Program means the Sunrise Period and the Early Access Period described in this document but does not include General Availability.

Examples of Launch Program in a sentence

  • This Launch Program may be modified, amended, updated, approved in a new version or cancelled at any moment at Registry Operator's sole discretion upon approval of the new version of the Program by ICANN.

  • Students in the Launch Program have access to courses that are not available from their school and/or additional flexibility in scheduling and credit recovery opportunities.

  • Names reserved for its Qualified Launch Program (“QLP”) and Community Priority Period) as described below in Section 4 and Section 5.

More Definitions of Launch Program

Launch Program means a program initiated by Boeing to design, manufacture and obtain FAA type certification for a new model type of aircraft (e.g., Model B797), or a new sub-model type of aircraft (e.g., Model 787-10). A Launch Program may require that certain conditions be met by customers ordering aircraft subject to the Launch Program, which may include but not be limited to: (i) minimum number of customers; (ii) engine availability; (iii) use of customers’ aircraft for certification and development purposes; (iv) additional restrictions on optional features available; and (v) restrictions on the availability of Delivery Positions for aircraft purchased pursuant to the exercise of certain purchase rights. Such conditions will no longer be applicable upon completion of the Launch Program. “[CONFIDENTIAL PORTION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT]” as designated in Attachment A hereto, provided that if any such date is not a Business Day, then such [CONFIDENTIAL PORTION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT].shall be the next succeeding Business Day. “[CONFIDENTIAL PORTION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT].” has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1 hereof. “[CONFIDENTIAL PORTION OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT].” has the meaning set forth in Section 2 hereof.
Launch Program means the processes preceding General Availability, as described in the .frl launch policies, containing the timeframes, processes, procedures, and requirements that apply for Domain Name Registrations for this TLD, including the TLD Policies; Minimum Deposit Amount means the funds the Registrar must have on deposit with the Registry for the rendering of Domain Name Registration Services for .frl; Registration Fee means the applicable fee charged by the Registry to the Accredited Registrar for a particular transaction regarding a Domain Name; Registrant means the person or entity in whose name a Domain Name is registered; Registry Agreement means the agreement entered into by and between the Registry and ICANN in relation to the management of this TLD; Registry Web Site means the web pages available under xxxxxxxxxx.xxx, including any web sites created by the Registry relating to this TLD;

Related to Launch Program

  • Launch means the intentional ignition of the first-stage motor(s) of the Launch Vehicle intended to place or try to place a Launch Vehicle (which may or may not include any Transfer Vehicle, Payload or crew) from Earth:

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Commercialization Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Work means the conduct of preclinical and clinical trials, the compilation of the regulatory dossier concerning Licensed Products and the conduct of other work necessary or useful for obtaining Regulatory Approval of Licensed Products.

  • Licensed Program means the executable processing programs of licensed information, which is composed of various modules in the Licensed Software package provided by the Licensor.

  • Commercialization or “Commercialize” means activities directed to marketing, promoting, research and development as required, manufacturing for sale, offering for sale, distributing, importing or selling a product, including sub-licensing or sub-contracting of these activities.

  • Clinical Trials means a controlled study in humans of the safety or efficacy of a Product, and includes, without limitation, such clinical trials as are designed to support expanded labeling or to satisfy the requirements of an Agency in connection with any Product Approval and any other human study used in research and Development of a Product.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Clinical Study means a Phase I Study, Phase II Study, Phase III Study, as applicable.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Development Candidate means a Compound that meets the Development Candidate Criteria for the initiation of a Development Program for the treatment of CF, and which is the subject of a notice from Vertex to CFFT that Vertex intends to commence formal pre-clinical development of the Compound in the Field pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Phase I Clinical Study means, as to a particular Licensed Product, an initial clinical study in humans with the purpose of assessing the Licensed Product’s safety, tolerability, toxicity, pharmacokinetics or other pharmacological properties.

  • Phase III Clinical Trials means a Clinical Trial for the Product on sufficient numbers of patients to generate safety and efficacy data to support Regulatory Approval in the proposed therapeutic indication, conducted in accordance with current good clinical practices and in accordance with a protocol that has been reviewed by the FDA and reflects any comments or concerns raised by the same.

  • Phase 2 Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial of a product in any country that would satisfy the requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(b) and is intended to explore a variety of doses, dose response, and duration of effect, and to generate initial evidence of clinical safety and activity in a target patient population, or a similar clinical study prescribed by the relevant Regulatory Authorities in a country other than the United States.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Clinical Studies means Xxxxx 0, Xxxxx 0, Xxxxx 0, Xxxxx 3, and such other tests and studies in human subjects that are required by Applicable Law, or otherwise recommended by the Regulatory Authorities, to obtain or maintain Regulatory Approvals for a Licensed Product for one (1) or more indications, including tests or studies that are intended to expand the Product Labeling for such Licensed Product with respect to such indication.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Phase IIb Clinical Trial means a clinical trial of a Product on sufficient numbers of patients that is designed to provide a preliminary determination of safety and efficacy of such Product in the target patient population over a range of doses and dose regimens.
