Launch Period definition

Launch Period means a period of two (2) months days during which the Launch is scheduled to occur, as specified in Paragraph 6.1 and as such Launch Period may be adjusted in accordance with Article 7 entitled “Launch Schedule Adjustments.” Launch Service means those services to be provided by Contractor to Customer for a single Launch, utilizing a Proton Launch Vehicle, as set forth in Exhibit 1 and Exhibit 2.
Launch Period means the period beginning on the Launch Date and ending on the last day of the second full Quarter following the Launch Date.
Launch Period means a period of time of not less than ninety (90) days as established in Article 6 during which the Launch will occur.

Examples of Launch Period in a sentence

  • During the Launch Period, any incurrence of long-term indebtedness (as such term is defined by United States generally accepted accounting principles) by WP in principal amount greater than $10,000 (other than financing received from PAID, advances of funds from the City, or amounts owed to EarthLink for electricity under the Network Agreement) requires the written approval of the City.

  • During the Launch Period, the City shall, within 30 days of receipt of the Annual Plan from WP, meet with WP, at which time WP will receive and review proposals as to the contents of the Annual Plan.

  • During the Launch Period, any sale, transfer or other disposition by WP of assets outside of the ordinary course of business with a fair market value greater than $10,000 requires the written approval of the City.

  • During the Launch Period, WP, prior to appointing a Chief Executive Officer or any replacement for same, shall provide the City with seven days’ prior written notice of the prospective appointment and will, if requested by the City during such time, meet with the City to discuss the candidate and the selection process.

  • Until the new Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Date is selected in accordance with this Paragraph 7.2, the then-current launch schedule shall remain in effect.


More Definitions of Launch Period

Launch Period means a period of 90 calendar days during which the Launch is scheduled to occur.
