Launch Costs definition

Launch Costs means all amounts payable by the LSA Party to AE for launch and related services in respect of the Satellite pursuant to the terms of the Launch Services Agreement.
Launch Costs means non-recurring direct and indirect costs incurred in connection with (i) the design, engineering, test and scale up of the manufacturing process used to produce any Licensed Product for commercial sale, (ii) introductory promotion and marketing of any Licensed Product and (iii) registration or other similar costs to be incurred in other countries where any Licensed Product is to be sold.

More Definitions of Launch Costs

Launch Costs means the cost of launching a Collaboration Product, to the extent incurred prior to First Commercial Sale, including the costs associated with:

Related to Launch Costs

  • Direct Costs means the sum of the following:

  • Manufacturing Costs means the costs of Processing that generate Manufacturing Proceeds received by Grantor.

  • Routine Patient Costs means all health care services that are otherwise covered under the Group Contract for the treatment of cancer or other Life-threatening Condition that is typically covered for a patient who is not enrolled in an Approved Clinical Trial.

  • Corrective Maintenance means the maintenance which is required when an item has failed or worn out, to bring it back to working order, which may also include those services necessary to partially restore, renew or strengthen an existing Department facility or system, following damage caused by use or normal wear and tear.

  • FTE Costs means the product of (a) the number of FTEs (proportionately, on a per-FTE basis) used by a Party or its Affiliates in directly performing activities assigned to such Party under and in accordance with the Global Development Plan, Commercialization Plan or Medical Affairs Plan, as applicable, and (b) the FTE Rate.

  • O&M Costs as defined in the Depositary Agreement.

  • Patent Costs means the reasonable, documented, out-of-pocket costs and expenses paid to outside legal counsel, and filing and maintenance expenses, [***] in Prosecuting and Maintaining Patents.

  • Cleanup costs means expenses (including but not limited to legal and professional fees) incurred in testing for, monitoring, cleaning up, removing, containing, treating, neutralizing, detoxifying or assessing the effects of Pollutants.

  • Operation and Maintenance Costs means the costs of:

  • Patent Expenses means all reasonable costs (including attorneys’ and application fees) incurred by University in accordance with this Agreement to apply for, prosecute and maintain Licensed Patents, including but not limited to the costs of interferences, oppositions, inter partes review and re-examinations.
