Latest Projections means: (a) on the Closing Date and thereafter until the Agent receives new projections pursuant to Section 7.2(f), the projections of the Borrower’s financial condition, results of operations, and cash flows, for the period commencing on April 1, 2009 and ending on March 31, 2010 and delivered to the Agent prior to the Closing Date; and (b) thereafter, the projections most recently received by the Agent pursuant to Section 7.2(f).

Latest Projections means: (a) on the Restatement Closing Date and thereafter until the Lenders receive new projections pursuant to Section 6.2(e), the projections of the Borrowers' individual and combined monthly balance sheets, income statements and cash flows through December 31, 1997, and Availability and Individual Availability for each Borrower through December 31, 1997, attached hereto as Exhibit B-2; and (b) thereafter, the projections most recently received by the Lenders pursuant to Section 6.2(e).

Latest Projections means: (a) on the Closing Date and thereafter until the Agent receives new projections pursuant to SECTION 7.2(f), the projections of the consolidated financial condition, results of operations and cash flow of the Parent and its Subsidiaries for the Parent's current Fiscal Year delivered to the Agent prior to the Closing Date; and (b) thereafter, the projections most recently received by the Agent pursuant to SECTION 7.2(f).

More Definitions of Latest Projections

Latest Projections means the projections most recently received by the Agent pursuant to Section 5.3(b).

Latest Projections means: (a) on the Closing Date and thereafter until the Administrative Agent receives new projections pursuant to Section 5.2(e), the projections of the Obligated Parties' financial condition, results of operations, and cash flows, in each case for the period commencing on March 1, 2003 and ending on May 31, 2004 and delivered to the Administrative Agent prior to the Closing Date; and (b) thereafter, the projections most recently received by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 5.2(e).
