Lateral Move definition

Lateral Move means change from one position in the bargaining unit to another position in the unit which carries the same hourly pay rate.
Lateral Move. A change of assignment in the same position. Location: A staff member’s assigned building where the staff member’s office and mailbox are located.
Lateral Move as used herein shall mean a change of job within the same classification.
