Late Retirement Pension definition

Late Retirement Pension means the Pension payable pursuant to section 3.4.

  • A Member who continues employment with the PepsiCo Organization or any Employer after his Normal Retirement Age shall be entitled to a Late Retirement Pension.

  • Thereafter, a Participant shall be eligible for a Late Retirement Pension determined in accordance with Section 4.4 of the Salaried Plan (but without regard to any requirement for notice of suspension under ERISA section 203(a)(3)(B) or any adjustment as under Section 5.5(d) of the Salaried Plan).

  • A Participant who remains in the active Service of the Employer beyond his Normal Retirement Date and who retires on his Late Retirement Date shall be entitled to receive the Late Retirement Pension provided for in Section 5.2 commencing on his Annuity Starting Date.

  • A Participant who meets the requirements for a Late Retirement Pension and retires on a Late Retirement Date shall receive for his lifetime a monthly amount commencing on his Annuity Starting Date equal to his accrued Normal Retirement Pension at his Late Retirement Date.

  • As used in this paragraph (a), “Automatic Option” means for a Participant who is married on his Annuity Starting Date an annuity for the life of a Participant and a 50% survivor annuity for the life of his Spouse which, together, equal the Actuarial Equivalent of the Participant’s Normal Retirement Pension, Early Retirement Pension, Late Retirement Pension, Disability Retirement Pension or Deferred Vested Retirement Pension, whichever is applicable.

  • No such reduction shall reduce the Participant’s Late Retirement Pension Allowance below the amount of Late Retirement Pension Allowance payable to the Participant prior to the re-computation of such Pension.

  • Termination of employment for reason other than death or transfer to another Employer or Related Company after a Participant has completed all requirements for a Normal, Early, or Late Retirement Pension.

  • If a Participant postpones his or her retirement beyond his or her Normal Retirement Date (“Late Retirement”), upon his or her termination of employment (“Late Retirement Date”), the Participant shall be entitled to a Late Retirement Pension Allowance beginning on the first day of the calendar month after the Plan Administrator receives his or her written application to retire.

  • Late Retirement Date means the first day of the month coinciding with or next following a Participant's actual Retirement Date after having reached his Normal Retirement Date.

  • Pre-Retirement Survivor Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 6.

  • Normal Retirement Benefit means an annual benefit equal to One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars and No/100 ($150,000.00) per year, payable in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Beginning on the thirteenth month that the Normal Retirement Benefit is paid, and continuing thereafter until paid in full, the Normal Retirement Benefit shall be increased annually by three percent (3%) from the previous year’s Normal Retirement Benefit amount to account for cost of living increases.

  • Early Retirement Benefit means the retirement benefit payable to a member following early

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefit means the benefit determined under Article V of this Plan.

  • Retirement Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 5.

  • war disablement pension means any retired pay or pension or allowance payable in respect of disablement under an instrument specified in section 639(2) of the Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Act 2003;

  • Plan Benefit means the benefit payable to a Participant as calculated in Article V.

  • Accrued Benefit means the amount standing in a Participant's Account(s) as of any date derived from both Employer contributions and Employee contributions, if any.

  • Individual retirement account means a trust, custodial arrangement, or annuity under Section 408(a) or (b), Internal Revenue Code of 1954 (26 U.S.C. Section 408 (1986)).

  • Death Benefit means the insurance amount payable under the Certificate at death of the Insured, subject to all Certificate provisions dealing with changes in the amount of insurance and reductions or termination for age or retirement. It does not include any amount that is only payable in the event of Accidental Death.

  • Earliest Retirement Age means the earliest date on which, under the Plan, the Participant could elect to receive retirement benefits.

  • Normal Retirement Date means the later of the Normal Retirement Age or Termination of Employment.

  • Eligible Retirement Plan means an individual retirement account described in Section 408(a) of the Code, an individual retirement annuity described in Section 408(b) of the Code, an annuity plan described in Section 403(a) of the Code, or a qualified trust described in Section 401(a) of the Code, that accepts the Distributee's Eligible Rollover Distribution. However, in the case of an Eligible Rollover Distribution to the surviving Spouse, an Eligible Retirement Plan is an individual retirement account or individual retirement annuity.

  • Supplemental Benefit means the monthly benefit payable to the Executive under this Agreement.

  • Normal Retirement means retirement from active employment with the Company or any Subsidiary on or after age 65.

  • Normal Retirement Age means the Executive's 65th birthday.

  • Retirement Age means the earlier to occur of:

  • war pension means a war disablement pension, a war widow’s pension or a war widower’s pension;

  • Termination Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 7.

  • Early Retirement Age means the date that the Executive has attained age 55 and completed seven Years of Service.

  • Net death benefit means the amount of the life insurance policy or certificate to be settled less any outstanding debts or liens.

  • Retirement Date means the date as of which a Participant retires for reasons other than Total and Permanent Disability, whether such retirement occurs on a Participant's Normal Retirement Date or Late Retirement Date (see Section 6.1).

  • Disability Retirement Date means the first day of the month following the last day of paid employment;

  • Disability Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 8.

  • Deferred Retirement Date means, in the case of any Participant who continues in employment after his Normal Retirement Date, the first day of any month following his actual retirement.
