Late Payment Rate definition

Late Payment Rate. As defined in the Insurance Agreement.
Late Payment Rate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3 hereof.
Late Payment Rate. With respect to any date of determination, the rate of interest as it is publicly announced by Citibank, N.A. at its principal office in New York, New York on its prime rate (any change in such prime rate of interest to be effective on the date such change is announced by Citibank, N.A.) plus 3%.

  • Any undisputed amounts not paid by the due date shall be deemed delinquent and shall accrue interest at the Late Payment Rate, such interest to be calculated from and including the due date to but excluding the date the delinquent amount is paid in full.
