Late Payment Fee definition

Late Payment Fee means the excess of the Price Differential paid as a result of its calculation at the Post-Default Rate over the Price Differential as would have been calculated at the Pricing Rate.
Late Payment Fee. As to a Mortgage Loan, any fees assessable by the related mortgagee in connection with the late payment of a Scheduled Payment due after the Cut-off Date.
Late Payment Fee has the meaning specified in Section 5(b).
