The Contractor shall provide the services and staff to assist Xxxx, DeafBlind, Hard of Hearing, Late Deafened and DeafPlus Community Members within the Contractor’s Region by conducting all activities necessary for or incidental to the performance of this Contract.

The Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (ODHH), a division within DSHS, offers programs and services for Deaf, DeafBlind, Deafdisabled, Hard of Hearing, Late Deafened, and Speech Disabled individuals, their families, and service providers in Washington State.
Such services will be utilized to aid DSHS and the State of Washington provide equitable communication access to persons who are Deaf, Deafblind, Hard of Hearing, Late Deafened and Deaf Disabled.
