Last Four Fiscal Quarters definition

Last Four Fiscal Quarters means, as of any date of determination, the Fiscal Quarter ending on such date or otherwise then most recently ended plus the immediately preceding three Fiscal Quarters.
Last Four Fiscal Quarters means, at any time, the Fiscal Quarter most recently ended plus the immediately preceding three Fiscal Quarters.
