Last Day means Participant’s last day of employment with the Company and/or Subsidiaries regardless of the reason for Participant’s separation, including voluntary or involuntary. It does not encompass Participant’s direct employment between Company Subsidiaries and/or affiliates. As set forth below, such movement shall be deemed as unbroken and as continued employment under this Agreement and these covenants.

Last Day means Executive’s last day of employment with the Company regardless of the reason for Executive’s separation, including voluntary and involuntary.
Examples of Last Day in a sentence
The date of the last academic activity will serve as the official Last Day of Attendance (LDA).
Participant agrees, that after his or her Last Day of Employment, Participant will not disparage Company or any of its directors, officers, executives, employees, agents or other Company representatives (“Related Parties”), or make or solicit any comments to the media or others that may be considered derogatory or detrimental to the good business name or reputation of Company or Related Parties.
Last Day of Employment means the date of Participant’s Termination of Employment.
For Participants whose primary place of employment as of the Last Day of Employment is in Puerto Rico or Arizona, the restrictions in this Section 2.2 shall be limited to one (1) year following Participant’s Last Day of Employment.
For Participants whose primary place of employment as of the Last Day of Employment is in Puerto Rico or Arizona, the restrictions in this Section 2.4 shall be limited to one (1) year following Participant’s Last Day of Employment.

Last Day means your last day of employment with the Company and/or its Subsidiaries regardless of the reason for your separation, including voluntary or involuntary. Last Day. Employment Requirement. If the Plan is a Standardized Plan, a Participant who is employed by the Employer on the Accounting Date of a Plan Year will share in the allocation of Employer contributions for that Plan Year without regard to the Participant’s Hours of Service completed during that Plan Year. If the Plan is a Nonstandardized Plan, the Employer must specify in its Adoption Agreement whether the Participant will benefit under the Plan if the Participant is not employed by the Employer on the Accounting Date of the Plan Year or other specified date. If the Plan is a Nonstandardized money purchase Plan or target benefit Plan, the Plan conditions Employer contribution allocations on a Participant’s employment with the Employer on the last day of the Plan Year for the Plan Year in which the Employer terminates the Plan.
