Large Events definition

Large Events. All large rental events that include 200 people or more in attendance is required to have a City Temporary Use Permit, and contracted security detail with an Extra Duty Detail Permit Application through the Palm Beach Sheriff's Office (PBSO). Renter is to contact PBSO at (000) 000-0000 or 000-0000 to coordinate security measures and remit all additional costs related to Extra Duty services. Permit: Renter is required to have a copy of the receipt and permit with them on day of rental(s). Neither the Renter, nor anyone in the Renter’s party, is permitted in any area other than that which is designated in the agreement. Expectations: Loading/unloading must take place from the parking lot; no parking on the grass or pavers even for temporary loading/unloading. Decorations must be free standing; no tape, tacks, nails or staples. Zip ties, balloon strings or other fasteners are not to be left on pavilion or classrooms. No confetti, tents with stakes, petting zoos or portable grills allowed. Prior to vacating the premises, all trash must be removed and deposited in receptacles, and tables cleaned. (The City of Greenacres is not responsible for food or materials left at the conclusion of the event. These items will be disposed of at the discretion of the City.) Commercial sales, activities and private fundraising activities are prohibited.

Large Events means events which (1) would utilize (or are expected to utilize) the total number of spaces dedicated to a specific use, or (2) will generate significant short-term traffic immediately prior to or following the event. These events shall include sporting events such as high school football games or playoff games and community events such as Pioneer Days, the Highland Games, or outdoor concerts, but shall not include regularly scheduled events such as motion picture showings in a movie theater. Events requiring a special events permit, including large funerals or weddings, may be required to meet this provision.

Large Events means those Events attended by 100 or more persons with the exception of events that are open to the public. Large Events are subject to the following restrictions: Large Events shall be held on the weekends only (weekend shall be defined as Friday and Saturday). Licensee shall ensure two security guards are provided 30 minutes before guest arrival time and remain until the contract end time. Security shall be provided by a City approved professional security service, to properly direct participants and attendees and to prevent unlawful conduct by participants and attendees. The security guards shall have the authority to enforce all rules and regulations governing facility rentals. Alcohol service at Large Events shall stop by 9:30 pm.

  • Exchange Event means with respect to any Global Registered Receipt:

  • Liquidating Events shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.1.

  • Change Event means any merger, de-merger, amalgamation, consolidation, reorganization, joint operation or service arrangement, corporate restructuring or any other business arrangement involving the DTH Operator or any change of control or change in the management or acquisition of majority stake or controlling stake of the DTH Operator or acquisition by the DTH Operator of a majority stake or a controlling stake in any other entity or selling the whole or a substantial portion of the DTH Operator’s assets and/ or purchasing the whole or a substantial portion of the assets of another entity.

  • Triggering Events means each of the following events:

A Sequential Pay Event shall no longer exist to the extent it has been cured (including any cure payment made by the Note B Holder (unless a Control Appraisal Period has occurred and is continuing) in accordance with Section 11) and shall not be deemed to exist to the extent the Note B Holder is exercising its cure rights under Section 11.

  • Final Legal Distribution Date means (i) with respect to the Class AA Certificates, August 15, 2033, (ii) with respect to the Class A Certificates, August 15, 2033 and (iii) with respect to the Class B Certificates, August 15, 2029.

  • Milestone Events has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3 (Milestone Payments).

  • Sequential Trigger Event With respect to any Distribution Date, a Sequential Trigger Event is in effect if (a) with respect to any Distribution Date occurring before July 2009, the circumstances in which the aggregate amount of Realized Losses incurred since the Cut-off Date through the last day of the related Prepayment Period divided by the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date exceeds 0.20% and (b) with respect to any Distribution Date occurring in or after July 2009, a Trigger Event is in effect.

  • Inconvertibility Event means the occurrence, as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole and absolute discretion, of any action, event or circumstance whatsoever which, from a legal or practical perspective:

  • Barrier Event means that R (final) is lower than the Barrier.

  • Exclusion Event means an event or related events resulting in the exclusion of the Borrower or any Subsidiary from participation in any Medical Reimbursement Programs.
