To the Knowledge of the Company, none of the Large Customers presently intend to otherwise modify its relationship with the Company in a manner adverse to the Company (other than seeking standard price reductions), and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement will not, to the Knowledge of the Company, adversely affect the relationship of the Surviving Corporation, the business of the Surviving Corporation or Purchaser, as successor owner of the Company, with any of the Large Customers.
