Laptop Computer means the complete laptop computer including accessories or attachments that come as standard equipment with the laptop. Any handheld computers or devices are excluded from this category.

Laptop Computer means portable data collectors, notebook (laptop) computers, subnote book computers, palmtop com- puters, handheld computers and portable or any similar computer. Laptop computer does not mean cellular phone, wireless phone or pager.

Service attentions, which exceed the Quarterly Service Attentions identified on the Desktop Schedule, are subject to an additional charge and will be billed to the Client at the Per Attention Support Service Rate identified on the Desktop Schedule. If the total number of quarterly service attentions responded to by Unisys is less than 90% of the Quarterly Service Attentions identified on the Desktop Schedule, Unisys may change the Equipment Quantity, Style or Description; Monthly Support Services charges; Quarterly Service Attentions and Per Attention Support Services Rate identified on the Desktop Schedule for the remainder of the Term. Laptop Computer means a portable device configuration that: (i) is designed and engineered as transportable; (ii) that consists of a central processing unit, memory, storage, built-in keyboard, pointing device, network broadband and WiFi, and a built-in monitor; (iii) is frequently transported by users and will run in a variety of locations including the office, home, HWAY’s sites and other temporary accommodation; (iv) frequently includes a docking station, external keyboard, external pointing device and external monitor as specified by the agreed standard configuration; and (v) runs HWAY’s defined standard operating environment, and the hardware and software meet HWAY’s defined standard configurations and architecture.
