Lane definition

Lane means a public thoroughfare which provides a secondary means of access to a parcel or parcels and which is registered in a land titles office;
Lane means any one of the longitudinal strips into which the carriageway is divisible, whether or not defined by longitudinal road markings, which is wide enough for one moving line of motor vehicles other than motor cycles;
Lane means a public thoroughfare or way, which affords only a secondary means of access to abutting property.
