Landscaped Areas definition

Landscaped Areas means those areas of any property type that are planted with trees, shrubs, or other vegetation, including the soil or bedding material areas associated with the plantings.
Landscaped Areas means the area or areas provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(9) of the Government Grant including the Greenery Area;
Landscaped Areas means an area of land made attractive and desirable by the use of any or all of the following: grass, trees, shrubs, ornamental plantings, fences, walls and associated earthworks; however, it shall not include areas occupied by garbage containers, storage, parking lots or driveways;

More Definitions of Landscaped Areas

Landscaped Areas means the areas shown coloured green on the Plan;
Landscaped Areas means at each Project Facility following the Service Availability Date for that Project Facility, the areas in respect of which an Acceptance Certificate has not been issued in respect of the relevant Grass Pitches and Landscaping only;

Landscaped Areas. Loading and Unloading SpacesThe rules which have been or may from time to time be made in accordance with the Building Management Ordinance and pursuant to this Deed by the Manager relating to the use, operation, maintenance, management and administration of the Development or any part or parts thereof including any amendments made thereto from time to time.
