Landscape waste definition

Landscape waste means any vegetable or plant waste except garbage. The term includes trees, tree trimmings, branches, stumps, brush, weeds, leaves, grass, shrubbery, and yard trimmings.
Landscape waste means all accumulations of grass or shrubbery cuttings, leaves, tree limbs, aquatic weeds, and other material accumulated as the result of the care of lawns, shrubbery, vines and trees, and as otherwise described at 415 ILCS 5/3.270.
Landscape waste means any plant waste material, except garbage, including trees, tree trimmings, branches, stumps, brush, weeds, leaves, grass, shrubbery, yard trimmings and crop residues.
