Landscape Materials definition

Landscape Materials means living plants, such as trees, shrubs, vines, ground cover, flowers and grasses. It may include such nonliving features as bark, wood chips, rock, brick, stone or similar materials (monolithic paving not included) and structural and/or decorative features such as fountains, pools, gazebos, walls, fences, benches, light fixtures, sculpture pieces, and earthen Berms, terraces and mounds.
Landscape Materials means any combination of living plant materials and non-binding materials such as mulch, pebbles, decorative walls, fountains and other decorative materials.
Landscape Materials means any material used in or derived from the landscape or improvements to the landscape of real property, including, without limitation, trees, branches, shrubs, plants, vegetation, brush, yard trimmings, leaves, side, dead plant material, soil, or dirt, sand, gravel, rock, stone, boulders, mulch, fencing, paving materials, or like materials.

Landscape Materials means any plant material that is either separated at the point of generation and will be mulched or composted. Landscape materials shall not be landfilled.
