All Rent shall be paid to Landlord without demand, setoff, or deduction whatsoever, except as specifically provided in this Lease, at Landlord’s Notice Address, or at such other place as Landlord shall designate in writing to Tenant.

All Base Rent will be paid to Landlord in lawful money of the United States of America, at Landlord’s Notice Address or to such other person or at such other place as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing, without notice or demand and without right of deduction, abatement or setoff, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Lease.

Notices to Landlord shall be addressed to Landlord’s Notice Address.
