Landlord's Consent definition

Landlord's Consent means an instrument substantially in the form of Exhibit B attached hereto.

Landlord's Consent means consent from the relevant landlord (and any superior landlord) of the Assignment Leases for consent to the relevant Assignment;

More Definitions of Landlord's Consent

Landlord's Consent means a Landlord's Consent substantially in the form of Exhibit E, with appropriate insertions, or such other form as shall be acceptable to Lender, as it may be amended or modified from time to time.
