Landlord Parties definition

Landlord Parties means Landlord and Property Manager and their respective officers, directors, partners, shareholders, members and employees.
Landlord Parties means Landlord, any affiliate of Landlord, Landlord’s managing agents for the Building, each mortgagee (if any), each ground lessor (if any), and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents or representatives. For the purposes of this Lease, the termTenant Party” or “Tenant Parties” shall mean Tenant, any affiliate of Tenant, any permitted subtenant or any other permitted occupant of the Premises, and each of their respective direct or indirect partners, officers, shareholders, directors, members, trustees, beneficiaries, servants, employees, principals, contractors, licensees, agents, invitees or representatives.
Landlord Parties means, collectively Landlord, its partners, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, investment advisors, or any successor in interest of any of them. Neither Landlord, nor any of the Landlord Parties shall have any personal liability therefor, and Tenant hereby expressly waives and releases such personal liability on behalf of itself and all persons claiming by, through or under Tenant. The limitations of liability contained in this Paragraph 39 shall inure to the benefit of Landlord's and the Landlord Parties' present and future partners, beneficiaries, officers, directors, trustees, shareholders, agents and employees, and their respective partners, heirs, successors and assigns. Under no circumstances shall any present or future partner of Landlord (if Landlord is a partnership), future member in Landlord (if Landlord is a limited liability company) or trustee or beneficiary (if Landlord or any partner or member of Landlord is a trust), have any liability for the performance of Landlord's obligations under this Lease. Notwithstanding any contrary provision herein, neither Landlord nor the Landlord Parties shall be liable under any circumstances for injury or damage to, or interference with Tenant's business, including but not limited to, loss or profits, loss of rents or other revenues, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill or loss of use, in each case, however occurring. The provisions of this section shall apply only to the Landlord and the parties herein described, and shall not be for the benefit of any insurer nor any other third party.

  • To the extent permitted by applicable Laws, such policy(ies) shall include a waiver of any right of subrogation of the insurers thereunder against Landlord Parties and all mortgagees of Landlord.

  • The Tenant hereby releases the Landlord Parties from any and all claims or causes of action whatsoever which the Tenant might otherwise now or hereafter possess resulting in or from or in any way connected with any loss covered by insurance, whether required herein or not, or which should have been covered by insurance required herein, including the deductible and/or uninsured portion thereof, maintained or required to be maintained by the Tenant pursuant to this Agreement.

  • It is the intent of the parties to this Agreement that all insurance coverage required herein shall be primary to and shall seek no contribution from all insurance available to Landlord Parties, with Landlord Parties insurance being excess, secondary and non-contributing.

Landlord Parties means Landlord’s Representatives and Affiliates, licensees, Mortgagees and holder of a Superior Lease.
