Landfill Site. (“safle tirlenwi”) means—

Landfill Site means an area of land designated by the Town and approved by the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change to be used for the disposal of solid waste, except for items listed in Appendix 01 and in Appendix 04 of this By-law;
