Land Use District definition

Land Use District means an area as described in Schedule C and shown in Schedule A of this Land Use Bylaw;
Land Use District means an area as shown in Part 9 of this Land Use Bylaw;
Land Use District means a district created under Iowa Code chapter 303, subchapter IV.

Examples of Land Use District in a sentence

  • The boundaries of the Districts listed in subsection (1) are as delineated on the Land Use District Map being Schedule A hereto.

  • Do not provide this in formation if your project only involves a Zone or Land Use District Change, a General Plan Amendment, sphere of influence change or annexation.

  • Indicate General Plan Land Use District classification on all adjacent property including across any streets.

  • Indicate existing and proposed General Plan Land Use District of project.

  • For all other portions of the #Special Transit Land Use District#, the provisions of this Section shall apply.


More Definitions of Land Use District

Land Use District means a district as defined throughout this document;
Land Use District means a district created under Iowa Code chapter 303, subchapter IV. “Locally imposed tax” means the hotel and motel tax levied by Iowa Code section 423A.4. “Retailer” means a person required to collect hotel and motel tax, including but not limited to lodging
