Land or Lands definition

Land or Lands means the lands described in Schedule A including the servient lands described in Schedule A;
Land or Lands means the land or lands legally described in Item 2 of the General Instrument and any part into which the land or lands are subdivided;
Land or Lands means the land or lands legally described in recital A of this Agreement and any part into which the land or lands are subdivided;

The Project must be wholly located in the particular area stated in the federal public law to be considered to be Tribal Land.

  • Subject Property means any premises located in the County on which an energy efficiency improvements, water efficiency improvements, or renewable resource applications are being or have been made and financed through an outstanding PACE loan.

  • the Property means the Property more particularly described in Condition 2 of the Conditions of Sale (as defined in 1.6 below);
