Land Interest definition

Land Interest means fee title to the parcel of real property described on ------------- Schedule I of the Lease Supplement and all Appurtenant Rights attached thereto.
Land Interest means the Phase I Land Interest or the Phase II Land Interest or both, collectively, as the context may require.
Land Interest means any parcel or parcels of real estate (which may be a Non-Acquired Land Interest) identified from time to time in a Funding Request and located in a state approved by the Agent and the Certificate Holders after discussion with applicable local counsel acceptable to the Agent and the Certificate Holders, which parcel or parcels of real estate are described on Schedule I to any Lease Supplement, together with all Appurtenant Rights attached thereto.
