Land Disposition Agreement definition

Land Disposition Agreement means, collectively, the Buy/Sell Agreement, Promissory Note, Trust Indenture and Deed described in Section 4.2 hereto.
Land Disposition Agreement means the Land Disposition Agreement, dated as of October 31, 2012, by and between the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore acting by and through the Department of Housing and Community Development and CBAC Gaming, LLC, as assigned to the Borrower after the Closing Date in connection with the occurrence of the Date of Possession (under and as defined in the Ground Lease Agreement), as the same may be further amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
